The UK Border Agency has published a customer charter that explains the agency’s work.
The UK Border Agency has published a customer charter that explains the agency’s work and, among other things, its values, customer service standards, and service and delivery targets. The charter follows on from the agency’s customer strategy published in January this year in which they promised to simplify their service and delivery standards.
