What is the Information Service?

The Information Service contains comprehensive information on the asylum process, support and entitlement.

It is aimed at anyone providing advice and help to asylum seekers and refugees.

Update April 2011: Sadly, along with other charities, we had to make some tough financial decisions recently, which means that we are not able to regularly update the main body of the Information Service. Given the rapidly changing policy and procedures in the asylum field it is important that you use the content of the service with caution.

Information leaflets on refugee and asylum issues in multiple languages are available on our multilingual website.

Policy briefings and updates are available on the main Refugee Council website.
